Summary:  

Metal Sales is the nation's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems with 21 locations across America.  Our Corporate Office, located in downtown Louisville, has a temporary need for a part-time Office Clerk.

This is a temporary position working 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.  The position is expected to last from mid-October through the first of December.

You’ll be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Filling in for the receptionist during breaks by greeting visitors and answering a multi-line phone
  • Performing office administrative tasks, such as filing and sorting mail
  • Assisting with other tasks and/or projects as needed

Job Requirements

The most qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience working in office/administrative setting with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating the Internet and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • A positive attitude and reliable worth ethic
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or GED
